• Zaprešiæanka, Zaprešiæ, Croatia,    Robot pallet repairing line: Project has included  development of the layout of production line according to the production technology, mechanical and electrical assembling the line,  automation design of the line, programming robot and PLC's. The controlling system manage with working places, transporting ways and robot. Robot (type FANUC HW410)  is used for the manipulation of the finished pallets. It collects pallets from the working places and put on the two stocks with different types of the pallets. The worker after repairing  call robot to collect the pallet simply pushing the button on his working place. After stocking pallets the stock of the pallets is ready for delivery with forklifts. Maximum capacity of the line is 250 pallets/h. It can repairing and handling  800X1200mm  pallets or 1000x1200mm without any changes on the line.(see video or picture gallery)
